Design Process

From the first sales meeting, we will start learning about your brand and your requirements to ensure that the services you receive are exactly what you had in mind.

Design Meeting

A meeting is set up to chat about your vision and the concepts that might best bring your vision to life. We'll understand about your business, goals and audience. We'll convert them further into solid ideas that will allow us to create initial designs for you.

Initial Concepts Presentation

This will be your first glimpse at what we've created for your brand. We'll explain our thoughts behind the designs and let you take some time to form an impression before we get your feedback. Your initial response is always great, however it is usually best to ponder the design for a while after your first reaction and assemble your revisions (if any).


It's normal to seek some fine-tuning here and there on the initial concepts. Colour adjustments, new font style ideas and image variations are all part of the process to ensure an end result that will suit your style and your business needs.

Preparation for Print

Once we have your final approval on the design, we'll prepare print-ready files for you to print, either through our third party printers or your own supplier.

It's important to note that all designs created at Studio-G are custom graphic design concepts and all artwork belongs to you, the client, upon receipt of final payment and project completion.
